The silicone band has started separating from the headband. Is there a solution?

Unfortunately, there is no reliable solution to re-attach the silicone band to the headband.
Halo Headbands are covered by 1-year manufacturer warranty.
If your headband is less than 1-year old, please email us a few photos along with the order # to support@haloheadband.ca.
If you bought the headband elsewhere, please email us the receipt.

What's the Halo II pullover headband size?

One size fits most men and women.

Headband is 2" wide in front and tapers back for good ear clearance

Halo II pullover fits comfortably head sizes with circumference between 53 cm (21") (0.2 kg tension pressure) and 60 cm (23 1/2") (1 kg tension pressure)

Headband needs to be snug enough to form a seal against your skin, so it might work less efficiently on smaller heads. On the other side, it might be too tight for large heads. If you have circumference of the head more than 60 cm (23 1/2") or don't like the tight fit, you may consider Halo I Tie version, Halo V with Velcro or Halo X3 pullover in size L/XL.

How to exchange/replace or return the headband I bought?

All Halo Headbands bought on our website are covered by 30-day money back guarantee. You can ship it back to the address below and enclose a note with the order # indicating whether you want a refund or a credit towards a new order in which case please let us know which headband you would like in exchange. If the price of a replacement headband is less, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If the price of a replacement headband is higher, we will email you the bill for the diffirence to pay online.

Additionally, Halo Headbands are covered by 1-year manufacturer warranty.

My headband seems to have stretched out over time. Is it normal?

The headband may gradually lose elasticity. For better performance over time, we recommend that you hand wash your headband and hang dry. 
Halo Headbands are covered by 1-year manufacturer warranty but usually last much longer with proper care.
For extra durability, please consider the following colours: navy blue, royal blue, red or light blue. These are the thickest and most durable fabrics.
