How to exchange/replace or return the headband I bought?

All Halo Headbands bought on our website are covered by 30-day money back guarantee. You can ship it back to the address below and enclose a note with the order # indicating whether you want a refund or a credit towards a new order in which case please let us know which headband you would like in exchange. If the price of a replacement headband is less, we will issue you a refund for the difference. If the price of a replacement headband is higher, we will email you the bill for the diffirence to pay online.

Additionally, Halo Headbands are covered by 1-year manufacturer warranty. A defective headband is not eligible for a refund if it was bought more than 30 days ago. It will be replaced with the same style/colour. Please contact us at support@haloheadband.ca or text us at (514)612-8575 with the descritpoin of the issue.
